Time for another CSA pickup, and here’s this week’s menu, in case you’re looking for ways to get through all those greens. We’ll still be knocking back fresh strawberry-kale smoothies every morning for breakfast.

Radish (+2 extra bunches purchased)
1/3 lb. arugula
Cilantro
Spinach

Sunday
Lunch:  Salad
Dinner: Pasta primavera (with green garlic, broccoli, and leftover onions and carrots) and roasted Parmesan green beans from our stash

Monday
Lunch: Pasta primavera
Dinner:  White Oak Pastures pork chops, roasted radish and sauteed radish greens

Tuesday
Lunch:  Pasta primavera
Dinner:  Salad

Wednesday
Lunch: Pork chops, radish and greens
Dinner:  Spinach lasagna rolls

Thursday
Lunch:  Pork chops, radish and greens
Dinner: Dinner out

Friday: 
Lunch:  Spinach lasagna rolls
Dinner:  Catfish tacos with cilantro
